Hi, I’m Elizabeth!

Person sitting on a rock surrounded by bluebonnets in a field.
Person sitting on a park bench holding a happy dog, surrounded by grass and trees under a clear blue sky.

Growing up, I always knew I wanted to help others. As I got older, I explored different helping professions, unsure of where my future would lead. Then, in an adolescent psychology class, I was introduced to Counseling, Play Therapy, and Expressive Arts—and I was hooked! I was thrilled to discover a career that combined everything I loved.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University, then went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy from Arkansas State University.

For the past two years, I have worked as an elementary School-Based Therapist in Eanes ISD. This experience has given me a unique perspective on various challenges in education and has equipped me with the skills to effectively support students and families navigating academic difficulties, as well as the 504 and IEP processes.

When I’m not in session, I love exploring—whether it’s a new local coffee shop or an out-of-state adventure, I’m always excited to experience something new. I also enjoy cozying up with my senior dog, Ava, to read or craft.

I’m so glad you’re here, let’s get started!
