    Play Therapy

Play therapy helps children express their feelings and work through challenges using toys, games, and art. I use this approach to help kids understand their emotions, solve problems, and feel better.

    Tweens & Teens

Teen therapy focuses on building strong relationships to create a safe space for healing and growth. By fostering connection, teens can openly explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and work through challenges.

    Adults & Parenting Support

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where young adults and college students can open up, build resilience, and work through life’s challenges. I also help caregivers strengthen their bond with their child through play and positive communication, equipping them with therapeutic tools to support emotional growth and foster a secure, connected relationship.
